Booking Ideas

If you have some great ideas on how to get bookings, please share so that all can learn from your successes. Of particular interest would be how to get bookings close in, rather than further out.

  1. I have been invited to participate in a unique opportunity. A hostess is bringing in a woman who does home parties, buying old gold for cash on the spot. I will be there offering the perfect place to spend their $$ ~ on new lia sophia bling! I thought it might be fun to have a door prize to tie back to the gold theme and get contact information for future bookings. Does anyone have any creative ideas to share?

  2. I have looked up so many different games to play. here are a few.

    Hot Dates:
Get 10 or more gift bags (one for how ever many guests are at your party) and put a piece of retired jewelry in each one. I bought some cute cheapy post it notes from the dollar store to write down the next how ever many dates I want to book a party and put them on the front of the gift bags. They get to keep the piece of jewelry or trade it in for some thing they like more if they agree to book a show on the date on the front of the bag.

Undress Her: (working game title lol)
This game I found on youtube. You take your pieces of retired jewelry and put them on the hostess at the beginning of the party and let them know that if they see a piece of jewelry they like they can have it for free if they book a party to be held within the next 3 weeks. The goal is to have her wearing as few pieces at the end of the game as possible.

Both games use retired jewelry and i have heard that advisors have had success going either way, letting them see it or surprising them.

    Just thought I would share
